You can schedule a total of 5 reports in the free plan, 50 reports in the Standard plan, 200 reports in the Professional, Premium, Elite, and Ultimate plans.
For PDF reports, you can export reports with up to 5000 records instantaneously. Other file formats (Zoho Sheet, CSV, XLS, and XLSX), support 20,000 records in an instantaneous export. If your report exceeds these limits, it will be processed asynchronously, meaning you will need to wait for a notification once the report is ready for download.
In the Free, Standard, Professional, and Premium plans, you can export up to 100,000 records in a single asynchronous report. If you are subscribed to the Elite or Ultimate plans, you can export up to 1 million records. To export more than this limit, you can filter by date and export the additional records as separate files.
I love the mobile application and the banking module of Zoho Books! The bank feeds are directly fetched from my account and sent to Zoho Books—I can reconcile my transactions with the app in minutes on my train ride back home. I can also scan or upload our payment receipts and expenses with the auto-scan feature and add them to our books within seconds! It has made things very simple for us.
Definitely go with Zoho Books and Zoho ecosystem. We haven't looked back ever since we started using it. Our favourite feature in Zoho Books is the ability to connect the business banking accounts and sync statements automatically. I have economized on work-hours and frustration by not having to manually get the .ofx data and import them manually to Zoho Books.
